Shiluce Help

The essentials to pair your lamp and fix what goes wrong. If you can't find an answer, write to us.

Pairing a lamp

  1. Switch the lamp on and bring your iPhone close (BLE range is about 10 m).
  2. Open Shiluce and tap “+” / “Add lamp” — the app scans automatically.
  3. Pick your lamp from the list; it's recognised by its advertised name (ELK-BLEDOM, Triones, Govee…).
  4. Check it responds by changing colour or brightness. Done: no account, no pairing in Settings.

Compatible lamps

Shiluce speaks the protocol of the Bluetooth controller families most common in LED strips, bulbs and lamps:

  • ELK-BLEDOM · LotusLamp
  • Zengge · Magic Hue (LEDnet)
  • Triones · Happy Lighting
  • duoCo
  • Govee (Bluetooth)

Frequently asked questions

My lamp doesn't show up in the list

Check it's on, in range and not already connected to another app or phone — many BLE lamps accept only one connection. If it still doesn't appear, power-cycle it and scan again.

Commands feel slow or delayed

That's inherent Bluetooth LE latency: every command travels over the air to the lamp. With several lamps at once delays add up — moving closer or controlling smaller groups helps.

Effects are missing on my Govee

Govee lamps don't expose factory effects over Bluetooth. Use Shiluce's Animations section instead — it recreates equivalent effects in software.
